The Cocobros collection celebrates the rich heritage and character of each province, from the rugged Atlantic coastlines of Connacht to the rolling hills of Leinster, from the landscapes of Ulster to the traditions of Munster.
Each chocolate bar represents a different corner of the island, inspired by the places, people, and stories that have shaped Ireland through the centuries.

The box includes 4 new bars, specially created for the Fleadh Cheoil, which takes place in Belfast from 2nd August until the 9th August. We will have a stand at the ICC (formerly the Waterfront Hall).

The Hound of Ulster
Sugar (32%), evaporated MILK (25%), glucose syrup (21%), cream (MILK) (10%), whiskey (9%), butter (MILK) (1%), golden syrup (1%), vanilla (<1%), salt (<1%) and bicarbonate of soda (<1%).
Chocolate Shell: 73% dark chocolate.
The Druid Wayfarer
Sugar (29%), evaporated MILK (18%), wildflower honey (16%), milk chocolate (MILK) (8%), soda bread (WHEAT) (8%), cream (MILK) (7%), HAZELNUTS (7%), 55% chocolate (5%), butter (MILK) (1%), vanilla (<1%) and salt (<1%).

The Wild Atlantic Edge
Sugar (44%), blackberry purée (18%), butter (MILK) (13%), cream (MILK) (9%), glucose syrup (8%), plain flour (WHEAT) (3%), gelatin (2%), cocoa butter (2%), pectin (<1%), red mead (<1%) and citric acid (<1%).
Chocolate Shell: Milk chocolate (MILK).
The Pale
Sugar (41%), blackcurrant purée (33%), ALMONDS (13%), milk chocolate (MILK) (10%), glucose syrup (3%) and pectin (<1%).
Chocolate Shell: 55% chocolate.
