Shipping policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

During busy periods (such as Easter, Christmas, or special releases), dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you.


UK Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier services. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Northern Ireland: 1–3 working days
  • Rest of UK: 2–4 working days

You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal or courier service.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by Royal Mail or couriers
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Parcels left in safe places
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.


Chocolate & Heat

Chocolate is sensitive to heat and temperature changes. During warmer periods, products may soften or melt during transit.

Cocobros Chocolate cannot be held responsible for heat damage during delivery. Melted chocolate is still safe to eat but may not appear as intended.

We recommend bringing parcels indoors as soon as possible after delivery and storing chocolate in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
