DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.
FOOD PRODUCTS AND ALLERGENS
Our products are food products. While we take care to list ingredients and allergens where required, all products are made in an environment that handles common allergens including nuts, peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs.
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from trace allergens.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredient and allergen information before consumption and to contact us if they require further information before purchasing.
HEAT AND STORAGE
Chocolate is sensitive to heat and changes in temperature.
During warmer periods, products may soften or melt during transit. Cocobros Chocolate cannot be held responsible for heat damage that occurs during delivery.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and that products are stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Melted chocolate is still safe to eat but may not appear as intended.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, product names, descriptions, packaging designs, branding, logos, text, graphics and website design, are the property of Cocobros Chocolate and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our prior written permission.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
