Spiced apple toffee with roasted pecans and crystallised ginger, on a white chocolate gingersnap biscuit base.

Ingredients:

• White Chocolate Gingersnap Biscuit: Biscuits (60.60%) [WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, oil, semolina (WHEAT), ginger powder, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), salt, lemon, oil], white chocolate (30.30%) [min cocoa 29%, sugar, cocoa powder, whole MILK powder, emulsifier lecithin (SOYA), natural vanilla], cocoa butter (0.9%)
• Caramel White Chocolate: Min cocoa 30.4%, cocoa butter, sugar, WHOLE MILK POWDER, WHEY powder (MILK), caramelised sugar, natural vanilla flavour
• Cocoa butter colours: E122, E124 (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children)
