Mint Chocolate

Dark chocolate ganache and mint fondant.

Ingredients:

• Mint Fondant: Icing sugar (50.72%), chickpea water (11.59%), cane sugar, maize starch, American peppermint (1.81%) [vegetable oil (rapeseed), peppermint extract]
• Chocolate Ganache: Almond drink (18.11%) [water, almond, sugar, fructose, acidity regulators (potassium phosphates), calcium (calcium carbonate), natural flavourings, stabilisers (gellan gum, guar gum), sea salt], glucose syrup
• Chocolate Shell: 55% chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin (SOYA), natural vanilla flavouring), cocoa butter colours (fat reduced cocoa butter, sugar, maltodextrin, concentrate (safflower, lemon), cornstarch, acidity regulator, citric acid, spirulina, cornstarch E172, E100, E120, E163)

Storage & Usage:
Store in a cool place away from heat.
Use by the date on the side of the box. Once opened, use within 3 days.
