Strawberry Cheesecake

Strawberry jam with a white chocolate and vanilla cream cheese ganache, on a white chocolate caramelised biscuit base.

Ingredients:

• Strawberry Jam: Sugar (40.21%), glucose syrup (26.08%), strawberry purée (19.56%), apple compote (10.86%), pectin (1.08%), CREAM cheese (MILK)
• Ganache: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavour, cocoa solids 29.8%) (45.04%), cream cheese (45.04%), MILK CREAM, glucose syrup (9%), vanilla pod (0.9%)
• Biscuit Base: White chocolate, WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed), candy syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, cinnamon
