Marshmallow with a white chocolate lemon curd ganache and a biscuit base.

Ingredients:

• Marshmallow: Gelatine (2.47%), water (23.14%), sugar (39.66%), glucose (19.83%), honey (6.61%), inverted sugar (6.61%), vanilla (0.16%)
• White Chocolate: Min cocoa 29%, sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavour
• Lemon Curd Ganache: Lemon curd, white chocolate, glucose
• Crunchy Biscuit Base: BUTTER (MILK), glucose, white chocolate, caramelised biscuits (WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate) (SOYA), flour, salt, cinnamon, rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier)
• Cocoa butter colours: E129, E104, E122 (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children)
